You add it in to cart and order. There, we shall ask you to identifyyourself or to create an account.
Then, you choose the delivery and inform your address, you validate, you pay, and if everything is good, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
A password forgetting it happened all the time. Fortunately, you can reset it directly from the homepage at the part " My account ".
Then you will receive a suggesting e-mail to choose a new password. This one, note it property!
MY ARTICLE DOES NOT SUIT ME, HOW TO PROCEED?
You do not like the color, size does not suit you? We are saddened. If you wish to return us an article, the simplest is to connect you to your account and to complete the form of return. Then a voucher of return will be generated and you will have just to deposit the package in a Post office. You can also come to deposit directly at our showroom.
If you prefer an exchange, the simplest is to write us at hello@modetrotter.com by specifying the number of your order, the article you wish to return and for what you want to exchange it.

From Monday to Friday, you can come to live chat on the website, via the lower right application. Generally, we are always behind the screen to answer you. I PREFER TO TAKE BACK MY ORDER AT THE SHOWROOM
Our offices are at 28 bis rue d'Aboukir in the 2nd arrondissement. We welcome you from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. till approximately 6:30 p.m. It's better to warn us of your passage.
