We are at the office from Monday to Friday, from 10 am till 6:30 pm, at 28 bis rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris (Sentier or Chatelet-Les Halles metro stations). We recommend you to warn us by e-mail or telephone before your passage to assure you that we are at the office. |

RETURNS
You do not like the color, the size does not suit to you?
We are saddened. All the products can be the object of an exchange or a repayment except for those carrying an opposite mention. The exchange or the refund have to intervene within 14 days from the date of reception or withdrawal. The return of one or several articles for this deadline must be necessarily accompanied with the invoice of origin, accompanied with the article in its packaging.
Return an article
If you wish to return us an article, the simplest is to connect you to your account and to complete the form of return. A voucher of return will be generated then and you will have to deposit the package at the Post office. You can also come to deposit it directly at the showroom, at the following address:
Modetrotter, 28 bis rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris.
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange, the simplest is to write us at hello@modetrotter.com by specifying the number of your order, the article which you wish to return and what for you want to exchange it.
